BioVision, in partnership with TWAS and with the support of the Lilly MDR-TB Partnership, has established the BioVision-Lilly Award to recognize young scientists from developing countries who have a track record of excellent research in infectious diseases, with an emphasis on tuberculosis, and whose research promises to have a positive impact in the developing world.

In 2011, three winners will be selected from nominations received. The winner receives a sum of USD5,000 to be used for his/her research and an invitation to attend BioVision 7th World Life Sciences Forum (Lyon, France, 27-29 March 2011).
