AMASA 2026: Securing Africa’s Digital Transformation: AI, Cybersecurity and Sustainability

AMASA 2026 will take place in Nairobi, Kenya, from 10–12 November 2026 under the theme Securing Africa’s Digital Transformation: AI, Cybersecurity and Sustainability. The conference will convene researchers, policymakers, innovators and development partners to explore Africa’s rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Key focus areas include AI for sustainable development, cybersecurity and digital resilience, governance and ethics, and digital capacity and innovation partnerships. Participants are invited to register and submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations by 31 July 2026 (Link).
The meeting provides a platform for knowledge exchange on opportunities and challenges linked to Africa’s digital transformation, including infrastructure development, connectivity and digital public services.
