The first International Conference for Young Scientists & the Inaugural General Assembly of the Global Young Academy (GYA), (GYAGA-2011)- the role of young scientists in global sustainable development  will be held on 21-23 March 2011 at Bibliotheca Alexandrina, Alexandria, Egypt.

The Center for Special Studies and Programs (CSSP) in collaboration with the GYA are organizing the Conference on the theme “The Role of Young Scientists in Global Sustainable Development”. Participants include GYA members, future scientific leaders nominated by their national academies, and other invited delegates, such as representatives from global and regional academies, policy makers, observers, and media representatives.
