TWAS, the academy of sciences for the developing world, offers fellowships in the natural sciences for postgraduate, postdoctoral, advanced research and visiting scholars. The fellowships are offered to scientists from developing countries and are tenable in Brazil, China, India, Malaysia, Mexico and Pakistan. Women scientists are especially encouraged to apply.
This year a number of new programmes are being launched, including: fellowships with CONACYT (Mexico) for both postgraduate and postdoctoral studies, visiting scholars fellowships tenable at USM (Malaysia) and postdoctoral fellowships tenable at the S.N.
