Heineken Prizes 2014: call for nominations

Nominations are now being accepted by the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW) for the prestigious Heineken Prizes 2014.

These international prizes, worth USD 200,000 each, reward outstanding scientific achievement in the fields of:

    * Biochemistry and Biophysics
    * Medicine
    * Environmental Sciences
    * History
    * Cognitive Science

These biennial prizes are offered by the Dr H.P. Heineken Foundation and the Alfred Heineken Fondsen Foundation. The selection of the prizes is entrusted by the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW).
