The events are hosted by the Academy of Science of South Africa, ASSAf
The Opening ceremony of the IAMP Conference on “Changing Patterns of Non-Communicable Diseases” will take place on Wednesday 14 August and is hosted by the Academy of Science of South Africa, ASSAf. There will be 2 days of scientific symposia on 14 & 15 August and the final day, 16 August, will be dedicated to an IAMP Workshop on the “Future Role of Academies in Global Health”, and the 4th IAMP General Assembly.
The Scientific Conference is held back-to-back with the IAMP General Assembly every three years.
