R&D as a basis for innovation

An international scientific conference “Research & Development as the Basis for Innovation in Creating the Competitive Region”, was organized by the Montenegrin Academy of Sciences and Arts, 12-13 November 2010 in Podgorica, Montenegro. Participants included representatives of national science academies, academy unions and associations, universities, as well as representatives of CEI, UNESCO, and the European Commission Directorate.
