IAP Member Academies and Government Agencies of Biotechnology in Developing Countries are invited to nominate up to three young scientists with a Ph.D. in biotechnological sciences or engineering. Travel and accommodation will be provided by the organizers for 30 participants selected following a review process. Nomination deadline: 20 September 2013.
