Call for: Board Nominations Advisory Committee Nominations Programme Committee Nominations	13 February - 20 May
Confirmation of Regional Network Chairs and Ex Officio representatives to the Advisory Committee	March - May
IAP Secretariat to collect details of unique Voting Delegate for each IAP member Academy	March - May	IAP member Academies will designate one voting delegate who will receive a unique voting link for their institution during the elections. The IAP Secretariat will collect the delegate’s details through an online form, which will be distributed in March 2025
Nominations & Elections Committee to evaluate nominations, prepare and finalize Slates of Nominees	21 May - 24 June
Shortlisted Nominees are informed	25 June - 4 July	Shortlisted nominees will be asked to submit a letter of intent or a 1-minute video, along with a short biosketch and, if possible, a photograph
Announcement of Elections to IAP members and presentation of Nominees	early July	Nominees’ letter of intent or 1-minute video, along with a short biosketch and, if possible, a photograph, will be provided to each Academy
Online Elections	7 - 28 July
Announcement of the final composition of all IAP Governing Bodies	31 July	Successful candidates will assume office on 11 December 2025, during the IAP General Assembly, and serve until the next General Assembly
