Ellen is a Consultant in Public Health Medicine in Health Service Improvement at the Health Service Executive Ireland. Her work focuses on using population health intelligence and evidence to identify population needs and drive health service improvement to achieve better population health outcomes.

Ellen holds a medical degree from Trinity College Dublin, a Master of Public Health from University College Dublin, is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians Ireland where she completed Specialist Training in Public Health Medicine and worked for a year with WHO Geneva.

Dr Cosgrave lives in Dublin, Ireland, and enjoys travelling, music, and spending time with family and friends.
