Léa Nacache
International Science Council
Léa Nacache works at the intersection of science, policy, and communication. At the International Science Council, she leads strategic communications and coordinates a global project on gender equality in scientific organizations developed with partner scientific organizations (IAP and SCGES). She leads research coordination, expert engagement, and the development of practical recommendations to support more inclusive research systems.
Her background spans science communication, international project management, policy, and media development - built through roles at I-DAIR (HealthAI), where she worked on digital health equity, and at UNESCO, where she supported community media in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).
She holds degrees in international relations from Sorbonne University and social psychology from Paris 8, combining political insight with an understanding of human behaviour and institutional dynamics.
