Dr. Lim graduated from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine in 2010. He became the first Program Coordinator of the Asian Institute of Management Zuellig Center for Asian Business Transformation. He is a founding member of the Universal Health Care study group of the University of the Philippines. He is currently finishing his residency in Internal Medicine at the Philippine General Hospital, at the same time, finishing his Masters in Development Economics at the University of the Philippines School of Economics. He is a fellow of Asia Society’s 21 Young Leaders’ Initiative as well as a founding member of the Global Shapers Manila Hub of the World Economic Forum He recently co-founded Health Sector Catalysts, a company which designs innovations that aims to provide solutions to health system issues. The group’s first project, Pharmaceutical Transparency through Technology, was one of the winners of the Grand Challenges Canada – Stars in Global Health. He plans to have a career in Infectious Disease and in Health Economics. His main interests include designing and implementing innovations to reduce health inequities.
