Noel de Miranda is the Principal Investigator of the Cancer Immunogenomics group and Professor of Translational Oncology, with a focus on the immunogenomics of cancer, at the Department of Pathology of Leiden University Medical Center, The Netherlands. His group combines high-end genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic (single-cell and spatial) technologies to study cancer genetics and immunology. The aim of this work is to support the development of novel therapies to expand the immunotherapy toolbox for the treatment of advanced cancers. Noel is a member of the Young Academy of the Netherlands and the Young Academy of Europe, and currently serves as President of the Young Academies Science Advice Structure.
