Philip serves as Clinical Associate Professor and Division Chief (Rheumatology & Clinical Immunology) at the University of Hong Kong. Being the first locally trained Specialist in Immunology & Allergy, he setup the first Immunology/Allergy allergy services and specialist training centre in Hong Kong.

Philip graduated from HKU with his MBBS and MRes(Med) in 2012. His specialist training was spent at Guy's Hospital and Royal Free Hospital in London; and research fellowship in Cambridge University. His MD was focused on delabelling of incorrect antibiotic "allergy" in HK.

Philip lives in Hong Kong and enjoys joining student activities as Master of the Residence for Medical Students. Beyond conferences, he also likes travelling and exploring new places. He also enjoys building mechanical keyboards, a hobby since COVID19 lockdown.
