Dr. Tzu-Chan Hong is an attending gastroenterologist at National Taiwan University Hospital Cancer Center and Assistant Professor at NTU College of Medicine. His work focuses on gastric cancer prevention, medical education, precision medicine, H. pylori-related disease, and upper GI endoscopy.

Dr. Hong received his MD and PhD from National Taiwan University. He completed PGY training, internal medicine residency, and gastroenterology-hepatology fellowship at NTUH. He is board-certified in internal medicine, gastroenterology, and digestive endoscopy.

Dr. Hong lives in Taipei. He enjoys classical music and has played the violin since his student years. He is interested in visual design, museums, and books on scientific and medical history, and enjoys connecting humanities with medicine.
