Ryuma SHINEHA, Ph.D is an Associate Professor of Keio University Graduate School of Media Design (KMD) and currently conducting research into science and technology governance from the perspective of "Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI)," combining analysis of ethical, legal, and social issues (ELSI) surrounding cutting-edge science and technology, media analysis, communication design, and policy analysis.
